Rehearsals on Tuesday was fab! The angel cracked us all up by putting on a fake English accent for the whole session, like "Toodles ol' chap." and whatnot. Steph and Boriz pretty much went crazy and hyper. Lol. To tell the truth, I was pretty much in a daze... I felt kinda bad too... sometimes, I take things a little too seriously... Oh well... it's okay now, I hope... =P I just realised that it's pretty much down to the last 2 weeks before performance. Yikes! Hehe... Well, hope you guys come watch! ;p
Yesterday, Fiz, Idzham, Para, Ardi and I went to Midvalley just for fun. ;p I went late!!! 2 hours late! Haiiz, cause my sis's were at the King's Kid's workshop and my mom didn't want to make two trips. Sob... O well, when I reached there, the guyz were already at Lane 35 at the Cosmic Bowl, so I just joined in. =P At first, I bowled a strike and did quite well, then I started thinking too much and my whole game crased. I_I Hahaha... It was fun though. Then we went to Dominoes for a late lunch where we ordered aloha chicken and beef pepperoni. That's how I found out, everyone else hated warm pineapple =.= , except me. >.< Hahaha... Then later on, we went and had fun at the arcade. Racing, Shooting and all such! =P
Of course, I had to go home quite abruptly, and it kinda spoiled my day cause I had a tiff with my mom. So, I went to my room to blow off some steam. ~.~ Sorry guys... But I guess, I cooles off after awhile, so then the whole family went out to dinner near Galaxy, even though I was exhausted by then. My sis's went off to art class and then I joined my parents for a movie. Death Note!
Death Note is a really good movie, but I have to say that Ryuk's character is a little bit TOO anime-ish for a movie. =P But, I guess, the whole show was really cool even though I already knew half the story. +.+ Hehe... L's character is really good though, a total contrast to what people were expecting. =P I give it a 5 outta 5 rating. It's chun!
K, I know I'm supposed to write about Thailand... But I don't really feel like it, it's sad... But I'll update more soon. Expect the unexpected readers!!! hehe...

I was spamming Fiz's tagboard and the topic NUTZ arised! ;p Brings back tons of awesome memories! Hehe... It all started some time last year, the blessed honeymoon year of Form 2. ;p
Form 2 Terra was having a monthly test and if I remembered correctly, everyone pretty much finished within half an hour... *Terra marr* hehe... So everyone was pretty much doing their own thing in silence. Then the teacher bent over this student, with her back to me, and started studying the unfortunate students test answers. So, I moved in my seat so I could lean against the wall on my right and caught Fiz'z eye, who was sitting a few seats southwest of my individual desk. Well, we exchanged bored glances, then, out of boredom, we started sticking out tongues out at each other, with the rest of students looking on in silent mirth. =P That's when it happened... *dramatic intro music*
I forgot who started it, but an imaginary peanut war erupted silently and without warning behind the poor, innocent teacher's back ;p Oh, and it didn't end there... Hazelnuts, Walnuts, Almonds and all types of wierd nutz came into the war. Excluding the two who were throwing them around. C4, rifles, time bombs. You name it, there was a sophisticated weaponry at our disposal. =P
Of course, all good things must come to an end. The teacher stood up, annoyance blazing in her eyes as she surveyed the room full of bright eyes and mouths bulging with barely supressed laughter. Hehe... The two commanders temporarily called a truce... For the time being... Hehe... Until the time boredom would once again steal into their minds... =P
Is there any wonder why I loved Form 2? ;P

Megan sent me a really nice song! Hero by Superchick. It's a really meaningful song... Lyrics...
"Hero (Red Pill Mix)"
[Verse:] No one sits with him, he doesn't fit in But we feel like we do when we make fun of him Cause you want to belong do you go along? Cause his pain is the price paid for you to belong It's not like you hate him or want him to die But maybe he goes home and thinks suicide Or he comes back to school with a gun at his side Any kindness from you might have saved his life
[Tag:] Heroes are made when you make a choice
[Chorus:] You could be a hero Heroes do what's right You could be a hero You might save a life You could be a hero, You could join the fight For what's right for what's right for what's right
[Verse:] No one talks to her, she feels so alone She's in too much pain to survive on her own The hurt she can't handle overflows to a knife She writes on her arm, wants to give up her life Each day she goes on is a day that she is brave, Fighting the lie that giving up is the way, Each moment of courage her own life she saves When she throws the pills out a hero is made
[Tag] [Chorus]
[Verse:] No one talks to him about how he lives He thinks that the choices he makes are just his Doesn't know he's a leader with the way he behaves And others will follow the choices he's made He lives on the edge, he's old enough to decide His brother who wants to be him is just nine He can do what he wants because it's his right The choices he makes change a nine year old's life
[Chorus]
[Rap] Little Mikey D. was the one in class who everyday got brutually harassed This went on for years until he decided that never again would he shed another tear So he walked through the door, grabbed a four four out of his father's dressing drawer And said I can't take life no more And like that life can be lost But this ain't even about that All of us just sat back and watched it happen Thinkin' it's not my responsibility to solve a problem that isn't about me This is our problem This is just one of the daily scenarios which we choose to close our eyes Instead of doing the right thing If we make a choice and be the voice for those who won't speak up for themselves How many lives would be saved, changed, rearranged Now it's our time to pick a side So don't keep walkin' by Not wantin' to intervene Cause you wanna exist and never be saved So let's wake up and change the world Our time is now
[Chorus]

Progressive Phunk is out with their video, posted about 19 hours before this post!! Hot of the bench people! 2nd place in group dance for 2006, 2nd for 2005, 1st for years and years before. Formerly known as Poppadum. Sri Cempaka, Cheras's MAIN dance group. Check them out as they perform to beats and mixes!
I'm bored... today was of course, the LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!!!! WAWA people! Hehe... When I got to school, I was AMAZED at the amount of people who came. I mean, wow, usually, no one turns up. Hehe... So the first thing I did was go through the motions with morning assembly, minus the Prefect checking though. Then the Form 3's kinda seperated into 2 classes, so I went to the noisier class of course! XD
First on the agenda was a few games of UNO, everyone was ganging up on Adrian. Poor kid, and I do mean KID. =p Then we played Monopoly, which me and Hong Xiong pretty much monopolized while Adrian had to suffer from bankruptcy. LOL. He still owes me 850$ anywayz. ;p I could've won!!! But then we had special assembly... Sob...
Assembly was more of a farewell to all national students, and prize-givings for sports and art competitions. There was also this big-shot from Arizona who came to visit the school and he also extended an invitation to visit him in America any time so he could give us a tour of the country. =D Well, Arizina is kinda where Laiken stays... It's been a looong time since I talked/chatted with him. Last I heard, he was by the lake in Washington. =p Lucky Guy...
Well, after assembly, we had break. Form 3 got lucky and got permission to enjoy a 1 hour long break at the canteen to have our class party. ;p My mum made spaghetti to bring to school. Hehe... But Jack brought it in late. =( Oh well... c'est la vie. After that, the new editor in chief a.k.a Abi =p called me to the YJC room to write an article on Talentime. Needless to say, I just took the post in my blog and edited it to make it an interesting report for the Yearbook. This would be the first time students (YJC members) will be involved in the actual production of all content in the Yearbook. Hehe... I feel so perasan now. ;p
Speaking of perasan, I was chatting to a bunch of people at night. Guess who I saw go online with a blur potrait pic and all? Niraj!!! a.k.a Hairy Monkey!!!! LOL. The day before he asked me to go blog about the three "interesting" Damansarans!!! Lol, and mention that he is HOT! ;p
Anyways, this posts has been in edit for god knows how long. LOL. Better post now. I'll blog bout the hairy monkey later! ;p

Take The Lead is a wonderful movie with enough dance moves and great music for you to handle. One Italian, slightly eccentric dance instructor. A bunch of high school rejects with too much free time on their hands during detention. It's an obvious generational gap for each party's culture. So the resulting equation given in this movie is?
Hip-hop + Classical Ballroom= Not so classical remix of music with ballroom dance steps and hip-hop moves.
And also, if I may add, one of most explosive dance movies I've seen. It's right up there on my favourites along with Honey and U Got Served. So, even though I'm a little stale and not really that up to date with the movie scene, I give this movie my personal best. Just check it out k people? ;p Humor me.

Raymond Chai? Dayum, he is no doubt one of the best movie directors/editors I've seen in Cempaka. Check out all his videos that he has produced so far on YouTube. My fav? So far, itz the Add Maths movie. It's actually Initial D, edited to become a entirely different and hilarious movie! Also check out the i-movie entry for Beruang of 2006. Keep at it Raymond, u rock!

I was checking out YouTube quite a lot these past few days, and I realised that there is SO much to share with everyone! Well, I got a video of one of the more touching songs I've heard. There are actually 3 videos of this song, and I chose the oen which I liked the most. This is the original video btw. The other two are remakes.
Well, this video and song is talking about a guy who made a girl pregnant, they didn't want a baby, so they had an abortion. Years after they did it, they still regretted that decision and the man wrote this song, dedicated to his unborn child, who died before they could recognise the gender. From the ending to the ending, never got to begin... Hoping that someday they would meet face to face...
A beatiful song and story indeed...

Wow... The YJC room isn't as deserted as it was when I just started coming in to go online during school... Since I was the only Form 3 student left in the skewl for the beginning of the day, I came and searched for something to do during the holz... Then Kok Keong came in cause he didn't have french class and the rest of his class were either in BM or mandarin class. International's cool that way. ;p So, we played the fruit basket game from chocopets for a bit then Kok Keon, memang perverted and corrupted in the mind from the start, joked that he wanted to host a porn site! LOL Then he started making all kinds of plans and stuff and it was SOO funny! hahaha...
Then Ardi came in after break when Kok Keong left for class. Then he introduced me to some, to quote Ardi, "retarded yet cool" animations and games. LOL. Well, then the Form 3's came back and Sophia and Shalini came in to write a report on their Dominoes pizza trip. Then Shu Sim, Shu Lynn and Cind came in to surf for fun. Hehe... Not that anti-social anymore huh? ;p Well, to be honest, I'm not that big on company... =p It depends... Usually I walk alone, think about stuff, write... Lol. But I really don't mind company, I lurv being with friends and people! I luv to party too! Hehe... Well, c'est la vie... =D
Well, break's nearly over, Ardi and the others will be charging into the room any moment now! Hehe... Better stop while I still can. Lol. See y'all later!
9:48 PM; unforgotten.Y
Monday was fun, but now I wish I didn't spend my after school hours blogging!!! *regret, regret* Hehe... Because I only left the YJC room at about 3.20p.m. I only got to spend like a few minutes hanging out with an old primary skewl friend!!! Andy!!! ;P Well, he came with the Taman Desa basketball team, where I saw Eu Sam also, but he ignored me *hmphh*, to play against Cempaka boyz team... I heard there was a conflict between the Taman Desa players and the coach *gasp*... I guess the coach can be a bit brash some times *yeah* ... But still *sigh*... Well, the Taman Desa players were really not sastified with the outcome of the match *who wouldn't?*. So I guess, being Cempakans, we should try to arrange a rematch so that the players can compete fairly ... Anyone interested in refreeing? *volunteers?* ;p So I guess I could arrange everything, if both sides wish to compete once more... hmm...
I'm actually alone in the YJC room again *So anti-social*... the rest have left for the Dominoes Pizza field trip. But I've already went with the home schoolers some time last year I think... and I'm not really that interested actually *yawn* .... =P So, I'll guess I'll write about the new book I started! *Oh joy...* ;p I finished Ritual some time yesterday after school, and by the grace of God everything worked out, or did it? *immediate supense* Hehe... Get ready for the twist, people! Muahahaha... I started reading He Died With A Felafel In His Hand by John Birmingham. It's a really hilarious book about the author, JB, who has shared flats, apartments and such with 89 people. He kept notes on how they lived, what they did and all... Get ready for a culture shock Malaysians! I haven't seen this book in Malaysia before, I think I know why... Hehehe... I found it at the SPCa jumble sale, and the tag says it's from DYMOCKS Booksellers. Hmm... probably overseas... Be warned though, you WILL be shocked by the antics of these different flatmates!
k, I better write another post soon... I'm dying of boredom here... ;p

I just got to the YJC rite after the debate finals. The standings are :
1.Helang 2.Seladang 3. Harimau 4. Beruang
I didn't pay much attention during the debate actually, my stomach's still acting up like crazy and yesterday, I slept a lot... very early too. For those of you who know me... Taking naps, going to sleep at 8, so on and so forth... is NOT me at all... Haiizz... Well anyways, I started on my new book, Ritual written by Graham Masterton, this morning during the debate... It's a very fascinating read but it is definitely NOT for the weak of heart... I felt really nauseated when I read certain parts of the book... ewwhhh... Well, the core part of the book is about a secret society obviously, considering the title... a secret society which practises cannabilism... volountarily... by eating their own flesh and blood until they release their soul and spirit... *pukes* Seriously, not for the weak of heart, the writer describes it really, really closely too... *shudders* Nightmares!
Sophia, Shu Lynn and Cindy just walked by, ooh, they came in now! Lol. Well, now we're ALL using the comp's! muahahahaha! hmm... I'm watching a music video by Jay Chou, Ting Ma Ma De Hua on YouTube. Raymond was playing it during the break of the debate... I was like, whoa, I didn't know Raymond caould play that well! XD Sophia played a few Bethoven pieces as well, she was really good but she later told me that she was like really scared and nervous! Yikes. Hehe...
Well, I promised you readers that I'll post about Talentime... I've also gotten a few questions and messages asking me wut Talentime is. uhmm... it's basically an annual talent competition in Cempaka, Cheras. The categories in which the students may enter are solo vocals, solo dance, solo instrumental, duet/group vocals, duet/group dance, duet/group instrumentals and band. The most popular categories which usually capture the attention of the audience would be the group dances and battle of the bands. Dance is usually dominated by Cheras students while Damansara students are really talented in jam sessions and musical talent. Winners of all the categories were as follows:
Solo vocals: 1. Jia Hui (I think datz her name. She sang the song Hilary Duff performed in the movie Raise Your Voice) She has a wonderfully strong and tuneful voice, but it is also a little harsh and her chinese accent comes out in full blow in this song.
2. Leon Ang ( Leon as usual, has a powerful and strong voice, but the song wasn't really right for his voice. His voice did the best it could of course, but the constant changing of key strained it and it appeared a little obvious at times.)
Solo Instrumental: 1. Wong Beng Ian ( Ian really tore up the piano this year, it was kinda aggresive but interesting.) There was only 3 performers for this category actually, a 12 year old guy performed Fantasy Impromptu, he is AMAZINGLY talented. whoa!! Well, a Damansara guy (I don't know his name either) performed The Bumble Bee on bass guitar, and his fingers moved so fast that it was pretty much a blur. Once again, practise and talent in play. He also looked like he really enjoyed his music and he had good showmanship. =D
Solo Dance: 1. Some Damansara gal (She was really energetic throughout her dance. The music was tribal and really fast. She spent most of her time dancing on tip top, her legs must be really strong, she remained stable throughout the entire dance.
Duet vocals 1. Leon and gang ( Hehe, I don't rememeber everyone! LOL They're performance was really theatre and about alley Q? Lol. Title was It Sucks To Be Me. Very interesting performace indeed!)
Group Dance 1. FRREAK@ISH! (The best of the lot! I've never enjoyed this good a dance performance with such unique concepts and ideas before! =D Good work maintainin the group energy guyz! This was actually a really suprising show cause I've never actually seen the Form 4 chinese group perform before. WWRY must've done them good. ;p I really hope I can see them perform again soon.
2. Progressive Phunk ( As usual, great music, great moves, great cover. I LURVED the great fashion! one simple wraparound skirt with hanging bells and chains? Great way to add femality to a simple pair of jeans, easy, cheap and DIY if you want it. =D
3. Canned Heat ( Quite good, consists of Damansaran prefects. Not a very memorable performance though...)
Group Instrumentals and Band wasn't really that nteresting for me... I kinda forgot most of it... =P Though I must say that I really liked My479's band! Rock on guys! Last year's performance really caught my eye too! =D
Well, I started this post in the YJC room, but now I'm finishing it the IT class! LOL The teacher wanted to conduct a workshop for the Form 3's on how to create blogs. Obviously, half the Form 3's present today already have their own blog or even 2 or 3!!! Hehe... big shock for our IT teacher I think. =P Well, I better go, gotta help Sophia and Cindy with their blog accounts and spam Sufiz's blog! hehe!

I haven't been in here for quite some time... Been real busy, so i don't have time to grab enough time to blog over here... Well, the weekend was like I said, hectic. Friday evening featured me being abandoned by my parents and sisters at my Great Uncle's house for an open-air buffet where I realised how big my extended family was, and how little I knew of them. Scared and very much alone, I seeked refuge in sms-ing people like crazy until the aunts, uncles and cousins, who were a lot more closer to home arrived... Yeah, and I even brought a book cause I was bored of watching my younger cousins butts blocking my view of the Cartoon Network on TV. Hehehe... Halfway through the party, Jon, Hao Zhe, ET and I decided to ditch the family function and run through the rain to Jon and Steph's house nearby. There, the guys played Maple Story and hogged the comp while I settled down in front of the TV to watch Click. Lol. It's an interesting movie btw.
Saturday morning, I woke up really late and lazed around the house like crazy. Then I had sausages for brunch and took a quick shower before heading to Steph's house for ISCA. Hardly anyone came though... Less than 10 of us. So, GOOD LUCK to all SPM-ians who are facing their exams on Thursday. =D The lesson was really good. The first question was... Why are people usually afraid of failure? Hmmm... Then we all answered... hehehe... My answer was like... We're not afraid of failure itself actually, what we fear... is the fact that we have to admit that we've failed... that we have no other choices... The add-on was that we had a fear for the consequences, the price that we have to pay for our failure to perform a task... Ponder on that people...
After ISCA, were I had to skip my uncle's wedding ceremony... I went home for a quick shower and changed into my favourite brown flare skirt, black sleeveless top and a thin, brown scarf... Why the formality? My uncle's wedding dinner of course! Lol... The food was pretty okay, but I didn't have an appetite... Wonder why.... Hmm... was smsin wit more people cause I don't really like places where everyone knows you and expects you to do the same... Haaiiizzz... Plus.. I actually have a fear of talking to people older than me... Not as in age exactly... Not upfront... But the attitude and way of life... I usually try to avoid things like these... The same goes for people "higher up" than me... I have a feeling like I don't belong, like i've walked into a foreign country... and I have no rights for myself... I feel like I need the permission of everyone before I so anything. My mom used to tell me when I was younger that I was confident and loud... Now I never hear that... I guess 7 years at a chinese school and being too confident compared to other kids made me feel like I didn't belong... But that's just a theory... Well, I heard there was a party at Hadi's where everyone enjoyed the place but... not so much of the actual part... I remember my party this year... completely pathetic actually...Well, learn from your mistakes and try again right?
Well, after the dinner it was kinda late... But My family, Steph's and Lucas's brought us all to McDonalds near the sports centre a the petrol station and we had a suprise birthday party for Ethan. It was really fun and I enjoyed my ice-cream cone though I had barely any appetite... Plus, everyone was staring at us cause we were like partying at McD's with formal clothes and scarfs and stuff... When I brought my sis to the convenience store at the petrol station this wierd Malay guy came to the counter beside me when I was paying and tried to hit on me. Euuukkk! I was kinda scared but also annoyed, like, what do you think I am? Some cheap toy??? Sheeshh! So, I just ignored him and my sis and I just went back to where the others were. The first thing I noticed that everyone was laughing their heead off at Lucas who was trying his best to make Jon laugh. Jon, being Jon, refused to do so... So Lucas finally gave up, blue in the face... hehehe!
Sunday morning, I suffered from fatigue and woke up at 6.30a.m. to get to school on time... Had to miss church,,, really guilty... >.< Well, there was a Inter-school Basketball Competition which the coach put together... My last match for the Under-15 Cempakan Galz Team if I may add... The competitors were Taman Desa, Kuan Ching, Sri Putri, Cempakan Girls and Cempakan Boyz (Primary students) Well, I loved the Taman Desa girls, they were really friendly and I got a couple of their e-adds so I can post them on interesting event. Kuan Ching sent their B Team, which was quite new but totally dominated most of us at once... I didn't like Sri Putri though... they had this atmosphere around them... that I distrusted and didn't like... It was plain mean... I don't know how to explain it though... Oh well, then completely exhausted... I went home... Sorry to my other team mates that I didn't join you guyz at Midvalley... But I was reallt tired plus I was kinda in a rush to get home... My parents had to send me to church earlier than usual that day cause they had to get to my greatgrandma's Birthday Party...
There wesn't any actualy rehearsals dat day... Just make-up practise that I had to miss becuase it was a week before PMR... Hmm... Bummer... I had some fun at Awards Night preparations first, then went to mamak with Mary-Anne cause SOME people couldn't make it... LOL... Well, I had to suffer half an hour of my hair being pinned back from my face... The light was so glaring and bright... Oh well, I guess my make-up artist is really experienced but since she's working on a new face, she made a few bloopers... First, the foundation was a tad too dark for me... The blush was a bit TOO much... and Green eyeshadow looked great on me but pairing it with yellow kinda faded the effect... Hmm... Then she suggested that I trim my eyebrows... which I knew my parents won't allow... I mean, I'm just a "little girl" rite?? Haiizz... Maybe ask her to trim for melarr... LoL... Well, I liked the way she did my lips... I felt like 'whoa'... Then she asked me to try and do one of those DIY gloves, like Boriz's... It's not bad actually, it's pretty cool... it looked like the gloves that came out in WWRY minus the hot additions... Well, I guess I would love one! Hahaha...!
K, I've been writing for an hour now... I guess I better head up to the waiting area... the van's probably there already... Haiizzz... I'll write about Talentime later okay? Btw, I LURVED FRREAKY@ISH!!! Lol, You guyz ROCK!

I duno what to write... so I'm just going to start off with a sentence and see where it takes me. It's just a trial of something I have my mind on... So don't dis me k :P
I'm so scared now... I don't know why I did and what I was thinking, there was nothing in what I did... Just plain stupidity... Now I have to take care... to guard this secret close... That no one else would now. I have to put an end to this. I would do anything to go back and stop it. It was... empty, meaningless... nothin... Just a lot of rubbish... I'm so lucky I chickened out from writing it down... If I had published it... omg... Maybe I shouldn't publish this... Maybe I should keep it away... far from the prying eyes of the people of this world. They mean nothing to me. Nothing! Pain, misunderstanding... nothin...For once in my life, I would want to do what I want, without other people pointing at me and telling me that I am not acting the way they want me to... I just wish... that they would let me be myself, accept me as who I am... I hate being used by other people, being used to their fufill what they want. Just once, I would like to have time for myself, where I can do what I wish and not feel guilty that I forgot to do something so and so asked me to help them with... I wish I could have time to do things I enjoy... To pursue my passion... to learn...
uhrmm... ookayyy... Not what I expected... but... LOL. Hmm... I'm jsut writing wutever comes to mind, so maybe the title should be... A Glimpse Through The Window of Madness! >.< =p

I wrote a poem... Got nothing much else to do...
A Regrettable Affair
I'd rather turn away from this, than destroy everything that once was his. I'd rather starve out on the heartless street, than sastify his passionate heat. I rather give in to the lonely ache, lest another woman's heart I break.
Everynight he lies with me, does she know yet leaves it be? Or maybe she knows nothing yet, and the truth and lies have not yet met. That girl he swore he would always keep, no matter how the scales would tip. The girl whose finger he placed the ring years ago, her innocence and youth has not long to go.
She lies alone atop her cold, naked bed, no one beside her though the night is dead. Her hopes and love have faded away, no trust nor joy in the words she say. I've destroyed another beautiful thing, An affair to regret, no simple fling.
Yeah... I'm in a wierd mood again today... sigh... Well, at least I'm not laughing hysterically like crazy like that day. =p

Well... I wrote some lyrics for Boriz... not my best but... oh well... I duno... hehe...
I Am Me
Verse 1 Who do you think I am? What am I doing here? I’m thinking about the pain I’ve felt today, pain that people didn’t know they caused. Words and actions filled with disregard, Rained on me and scarred my soul. Broke my will and spirit finally, Maybe I’m not right to be…
Chorus Me, I’m have doubts of who I am, Who I should be. Just to be me or one of them, Just to fit in like everyone else. So won’t you tell me who I am? Am I me? Please tell me…
Verse 2 People’s voices echo in my mind, Telling me things, I don’t want to listen. I shouldn’t do this, shouldn’t do that. It’s not proper for me, it’s not right. Act your age and be polite, Lest other people behind your back. I know all this and yet I still can say, I just want to be…
Chorus Me, Don’t want doubts of who I am, Who I should be. Unique as me not one of them, But still fitting in like everyone else. So don’t you tell me who I am, I am me, Don’t change me. Bridge Maybe I like something you don’t. What’s so bad about being different? I’m not here to cater to your every need, I’m just here to be me. Nothing else, I am Me…
Just like the song says, I am Me, yeah... Don't dis me people!!! hehehe

Yes... Harimau and Beruang lost again... Sob... Well, maybe even with a bumpy start, things will get back on track for our plans to win the next House Cup. We've even arranged a Harimau camp for the Harimau elite committee so we can plan together and get the Tiger spirit up and blazing with passion!!! Our theme? Well, there've been zillions of great idea, and it'll be decided after our Harimau camp. After all, it's kinda hard to decide on a theme that'll give us an edge in March Past, House Deco and the i-Movie competition. This years theme was, Red Jungle. This theme gave quite a lot of freedom to express our semangat to our house. So we managed to get second at House Deco and first in the March Past and i-Movie, where we pretty much bagged ALL the side awards! =P Best Actor: Weng Kee. Best Actress: Lex. Best Scene: Harimau. (Lex and Sabrina, creepy little gal) =P
I was really amazed when they showed us the fully-edited scene. It was totally wicked! hehhe... That reminds me, next year's annual skewl production is, Wicked. The continued version of Wizard of Oz, my Form 1 production. Next year, I have GOT to join. hehe... After all, it is the very last year of freedom to fully enjoy the school activities. The Wizrd of Oz production was really quite fun, and the actors were really talented. I didn't really do much then, just in the chorus, cause I was in the Glee Club. However, I have to say my favourite was The Lion King, which was the Form 2 production! Form 2 was the best year of my life!!! Fiz was the younger Lead Male, Young Simba. and I bet he really missed being a prince. LOL... This production is where I met most of the Damansaran's as well, usually, I meet them through Games Carnival. =P
This year's production was great too, ecspecially the settings... But the story line was kinda boring and too fantastic to be good... It was a really good show of course, but after you've experienced being in two productions, being in the audience and merely seeing the end results of all the fun is like cleaning up after a party. You only get a small taste of the whole pie. Sob... This is why I HAVE TO JOIN next years production!!! =P
Well, I guess I better go now... it's almost 3.30 now. Basketball time! I WAS supposed to swim, but it's raining. *Sob* So, To THE SOUTH HALL!!! XD
11:35 PM; unforgotten.Y
I Lurv Surveys!!! Just in case you didn't know... =P
If you take a look at my Friendster Bulletin Board, you would notice notice that recently, I've been doing tons of surveys and posts... Wonder why? Well, what else is there to do in school then? =P I rather go to library of course... or baskeball... But it's raining, and I really don't wanna risk getting a lecture from a library scout on why I turned down being a librarian... Hmm... O well, let's do another one! =P

I was going to change my template since Fiz did too, hehe. But I couldn't really decide so I just added on some stuff in here. I hope you guys enjoyed the chocolate, sorry to Melvin that I forgot to give him one after practise, was a little distracted. ;p The practise yesterday was actually kinda boring though... Didn't do much... O well, at least I had time to read my new book that I picked up from the SPCA jumble sale! It's called Rose Madder and it's by Stephen King, the king of suspense himself. This book is a really great read and I highly recommend it to anyone! If anyone wants to have a look, all you have to do is tell me and I can lend it to you for your reading pleasure. It's about this lady who had been in a 14 year old relationship with her abusive huband, a cop. One day, she gathers the courage and walks away... What happens next? Well, the cover reveals a lot more than at first... ;p
Anyways, the annual debate was this morning. The first topic, "Real Education begins outside the classroom, not inside." It was being debated by Helang and Beruang. Well. obviously, I rooted for Beruang... I even helped them out on research... Sadly, they lost. But I had to admit that it wasn't unfair. Helang did have some pretty good speakers.. Not so many points, but good speakers... After the debate, when it was open to the members of the floor.
Then the audience started contributing points of their own. Hoping to demolish the points of whatever team they opposed. I kinda went up too, and nearly had a heart attack, I felt so akward, one short blur girl standing on the stage with the mike and everyone staring at me. Not the best experience I had... But I did sort of explain that Helang had a tendency to say BASIC education started at school. But weren't basics the simple process of making noises with your mouth, learning to communicate, walk, stand, run? Well, obviously, people don't have to be carried into their classes in kindergarden and stand up talking, the moment they touch the floor of the classroom right? hmm... there's something to chew on... Another point I let loose was based on what the usual chinese students, escpecially in government schools face. They just memorize everything blindly, it goes in one ear and out the other... They get their degrees and Permanent Head Damage [P.H.D] and step out into the cruel world, as blind as a bat and have no idea how to use the information in the heads, hot to implement it into daily life... How can they learn? How can they learn to use learnings, not to work for things, but let things work for them? Point is, real education where we learn, begins when we step out into the world...
Now that's over, the Harimau Vs. Seladang debate, " The world will be a better place without the U.S.A." was controversial and not the most interesting topic. Most of the talk from the debators were of history... and that really make the points they had stale and dry. Once again Jack, I Told You So! Due to that, I merely used most of the time in the freezing North Hall to read my book. The results at the end of it? Seladang won. Sob... well, c'est la vie... Anyways, I hope my fellow Harimaus come and support the Quiz team tomorrow. Any support from other people is also welcome... ;p
Well, I better get out of the YJC room now ,it's freezing! Sufiz was lounging on the couch with the squishy's just now and I was on the brink of nervous laughter, almost hyper freaked! ;p I just couldn't stop laughing and Fiz was like staring at me like "What is wrong with you girl?" LOL! Oh man, here I go again... I think I better stop now... blekz. I'll continue later or something! Ciao.

Once upon a time, Lex smsed a friend. she decided on the spur of the moment to give him a suprise. *tum, tum, tum* *dramatic music* Wonder what!? Stay tuned to find out... hehehe...
Word On The Street is really coming along, I really have to memorize my lines though. >.< hehe... Well, I just came to the YJC room after the SPCA talk. It was really informative, and I'm going to volunteer for it again during the holidays! hehe! Anyone else interested? ;p I also won this cool wristband from their Q&A thing, It's LIME GREEN and it says: Be Kind To Animals. I love it! hehehe... 5 mins later, you may find it on E-bay. ;p hehe...
Anyways, after a vigorous SMS session with Kenneth... I realised that I haven't decided what to wear for Talentime/ Casual Cloth's Day. Hmm... Should I make a statement with hip-hopper style... Or maybe just go with the flow... ladylike and semi-formal... hmm... LeX shall prevail! ;p I've got more good news too! I have NEW lime-green LA Gear sneakers! hehehe... I still mourn the loss of my purple Skechers though... sobb... RIP... I will have to try and get another pair soon! hehehe! Btw, if anyone is interested, there are two pairs of camo canvas shoes, over at LA Gear, which are on sale. RM 49 per pair. Ori price? RM 100 sumthin. Datz a bargain people!
Anyways, Beruang people are here... I'm not listening to their conversation though, They trust me not to drop any secrets. LOL. Debate and Quiz is coming up and I just can't wait to start the new House Cup off favourably. Well, I better stop here, I'll continue my posting later when there's more to tell. hehe...

Shinhwa iz diz realli cool Korean group, so go check it out people!
The SPCA jumble sale was only yesterday, and I went and bought an entire large box of books for RM 230. OMG! The books are pretty good and considering one book probably costs RM10 minimum, RM 230 for an entire box of books ain't bad! I volunteered at SPCA once with some friends, lol, they did it for their moral projects, I did it for fun. It lived up to its standard, sign me up for the next round people! Anyways, some SPCA-ians are coming to Cempaka to give a little talk about cruelty to animals. I can't wait.
Today, Form 3 got a chance to check out the Beryl's chocolate factory. The speaker turned out to be an ex- Cempakan, and an ex-Cempakan Teacher. Whoa! He was really friendly, cracked a few jokes and brought us on a short tour around the place. The highlight of the whole trip however was the chocolate shop at the end of the tour and the 5% discount as well as sales when you buy in bulk. I bought tons of choccies for everyone, so don't worry, there'll be enough for everyone. ;p Though, Deba, Sean and Taka pretty much gobbled up most of my Butter Crunch Almong chocolate. Sob. Btw, Hazelnut Truffle is delish! hehe...
Well, I was pretty much in a dead mood today. I was really quiet and just kept reading and reading and doing sodoku... don't ask. hehehe, anyways, Quiz is coming up and this year, I was nominated captain... Don't know if it's a good thing or not, but I'll try my best not to let Harimau down! ;p Go Harimau! Well, the sad part is I don't get to join debate, but I already joined last year anyways, so I guess I can always do it again next year! ;p
I think that's enough for today, Zaheera jsut smsed about this young reporters workshop, She's got me interested so I'll go hunting for the details! hehe... Kenneth was als bugging me just now, ;p so I returned the favour and bugged him into checking out my blog. He's probably reading this now as well. hehe... Also chatted with Liz just now, long time never saw her... Boris, bz as usual... Para, just before I left... hmm... Jian, confirmin basketball at UKRC diz Wednesday... Lol.. Anyone can join us btw, so just come over to UKRC diz Wednesday evening for some basketball! lol... ciao, readers!

Feeling...
lol... It seems that some of you read my old posts and thought something was wrong. I'm SOO touched, but don't worry people. I'm still surviving, like I said, most of these things are old stuff I dug up from my old saved files. ;p So, nothing's wrong for me at the moment, at least, I hope so. hehehe...
I just got back from Great Eastern Mall anyways, it started raining on the way and it's really pouring down at the moment. Some of you might not know this, but I love the rain. It's just beautiful the way the water drops, with nothing in its way, exploding when it hits the city pavement or dusty streets. It stirs up dust when it begins, making it seem as if smoke and steam were arising from the depths of the earth... Rhythmic yet unpredictable, rain is nature's form of music in it's purest form... It's life...
Now I just received some sad news from my mom about half and hour ago. My dad won't let me go to the prom this year, he thinks that the prom is a waste of money and if I really want to go, I should only have that experience when I'm Form 5. My mom was okay with it at first, she even got together with her girl friends to think up something for me to wear. Obviously, that's because prom attire= dress, and I'm not much of a dress girl... Well, guess I gotta wait for another 2 years. Sob, sob. By the way, I'm sorry to those who asked me to be their date, maybe another time...
Right now, I'm feeling really lonely and bored... no one's replying my messages, dunno why... sob... and for once, I feel something else, I can't describe it with all the words in the world and I really like feeling this way, but it I feel so vulnerable some times... Oh well, c'est la vie...

Word On The Street is the Harvest production of Metro Tabernacle for this year and as far as I know, this is the first time that ISCArians are in the actual cast. I feel so proud of being able to serve in such a wonderful production. I also feel so happy that I can serve in all three categories of this production! I found out I'm the only PMRian and also the only one in all 3. Wouldn't you? LOL. Anyways, I hope that all of you come and support the cast and crew for Word On The Street. It's really coming along and it's developing a lot. There's fresh talent involved and it's really kewl. For Cempakans, I hope you guys can help support this production, I'm going to post up a poster on it if possible. ;p

I found an old song I wrote... I think it's incomplete... and I can't finish it now either...
Moment
One day we were together, Things never looked so better. Then I took one step away from our fading fire, Hoping soon the flames would rise, Hoping I would feel again. Maybe I lost hope for just awhile, Maybe our romance turned dull.
Just a moment, One unimportant second. I turned my back, away from reality. Just a moment, One unimportant second, I turned my back away from you, And now you're gone…
Ohh…
I hope you're happy with that girl, Perhaps its better, she's close to you. I'm sorry that I wasted your time, I'm sorry that I hurt you bad. But now I know, one moment’s all that’s needed to end my world...
Yes, Yes I know. So emo... not like Lex at all. ;p

I'm at school now. Abi is in charge of limelight now and Limelight is getting a really big boost from that. I'll really miss Sachen though. Anyways, I'm writing an article on Halloween now. I'm also supposed to write an article on the coming visit to the chocolate factory and quotes as well as the paintball trip we had. Whew! I guess, I have something to do now. ;p Well, Talentime auditions were a letdown. Fiz and I didn't make it. Sob... Then we found out that Cheryl and Leon sang it during Commencements. Whoa! Talk about high expectations. I wish I could sms righ now, I'm alone in the YJC room, no idea where Fiz went... Just writing this while I take a break from writing that Halloween article. I hope it's good, I think what I've found out so far is pretty interesting actually. I LOVE Halloween. I just don't get to celebrate it. SOB...! Well, my legs are getting better now, the skin is repairing and the bruises are already fading away. Guess I recover quite fast huh? But I'm sure that scrape will leave a really bad scar... Oh well, that's Lex. Clumsy as usual. ;p I'll continue later, got to continue writing my article, it's really cool. ;p I'll post it later... BYE!

Another old file I dug up... I wrote this some time, forgot when. Then I stuck it inside a Geography book and forgot about it. This is the original, I haven't edited it yet so don't kill me! The Penalty Shot
“Ughh…” she groaned as the impact jolted her bones and she lay on the hard ground. She felt so overwhelmed and exhausted, but she knew rest was impossible for now. That’s it, I had enough, she muttered in her mind. Silently, she staggered up, struggling to find a grip on the smooth wooden surface, sliding on the film of sweat lubricating her body. Her strength had deserted her early in the game, but now it flooded back like a raging river, carrying with it a fierce anger at herself for slowing down, for showing signs of weakness.
She looked up and found she was already standing at the line; the whole hall went silent as she motioned for the play. Her teammates found themselves glancing uneasily at a face that was as smooth as marble, devoid of emotion and frigid eyes that seemed so different from the usually warm and friendly glow. She felt her eyes slip away from them, blocking their hopeful stares that demanded success. I know, I know, she lamented wordlessly. Their eyes penetrated her skin and she struggled to retain her composure. She knew what they wanted; what they insist she deliver, and she had only one chance, one chance with no room for mistake. It was sudden death.
Her gaze shifted to The Enemy, they surrounded her completely. They were as cold and cruel as sharks, bloodthirsty and desperate. They’re quiet eyes glinted with mockery and mirthless laughter echoed in her mind, then her anger was aroused. They had attacked her weaknesses mercilessly during the lapse of her energy, but now… She flashed a slight smirk and she caught the faltering of sureness in their eyes. Fear invaded their confidence and faint doubt seeped in, injected gloatingly by her fake gesture of confidence. She smiled inwardly as she received the ball; it was in her court now. The Enemy knew, it was her turf, they wouldn’t do anything, for now…
Solid rubber pounded on the hard surface as she tried to recollect the chaos that now raged in her mind. Thud, thud, thud… Each time it hit the ground, her thoughts rippled and vibrations coursed through her bones. She couldn’t concentrate, No! I won’t make this mistake! She shook off her doubts; she forced her mind to blank out. She knew they counted on this to bring her team to victory. She let her instincts take control; she bent low and noticed a bead of sweat dangled on the end of a strand of hair hanging over her eyes. Thud, the ball pounded upwards and that drop of sweat fell slowly as if in a dream, she closed her eyes, seconds before the chance would slip through her fingers forever.
All around her she could hear bated breath held in their throats and an unearthly silence filled her surroundings; all eyes were on her, piercing her calm, some praying for a miss and some awaiting a win. This is it, she thought, and then she understood, now was time. She swiveled her head up to the target sharply, tightened every muscle, every tendon, exhaled, and made the shot.

I dug up one of my old files. I found a really deep blog post which I wrote when I felt a really raw sense of anger and betrayal at rumors and people who stab you in the back. It's also kinda inspired by I Not Stupid 2, which is a really great movie by the way. I'm going to post this up so I don't forget how poisonous my thoughts can be, and how I should never, ever think like that again.
22nd June 2006
They think I'm happy, they think I’m spoiled. Yes, I'm spoiled, but I'm spoiled because I'm always hurt, either by some one or myself. I'm like a rotten apple, jabbed and poked until I'm full of bruises and sores, left by a roadside, ignored and kicked around, unwanted. After all, who cares why the apple rots, who bothers to find out? All you do is toss the apple by the roadside and forget it. It's a lost cause… Something everyone stares at, talks about, "Look someone littered again, yuck!" No one else does anything about that apple, no one cares. The only rubbish I see in my mind's eye are the useless, narrow words that pour out of their mouth. After all, who are they to criticize those who are different? Everyone has their own goal, their own aspirations, and their own style of life. How dare anyone curse these unique things and attempt to suppress it, containing it to the mind by slamming criticism, lies, gossip and disapproval on the lid to weigh it down? Can't they accept that I like something they don't, I don't mind anything they fear and that I have different styles of living as them? I don't harm them, I don't harm myself, I do nothing at all to anyone! Their reason for doing such hurtful things is? They only speak so because I do not live up to their ideal of a perfect daughter of the friend they 'care' about. Oh, I just wanted to say a few words to remove those bruises that are spreading over you. Translation: I am going to poke and prod at your bruises to get it out, no matter how pain and hurt I unnecessarily cause. The results are the unhealed bruises that spread further across my once rosy, smooth flesh. I am changed, I am a rotten apple. No one cares, no one knows.

Yesterday were the Talentime auditions... This new girl in International performed this traditional song and dance. Her voice is really strong and melodious. I would kill for a voice as powerful as her's. Anywas, the chinese students from Form 4 are really beginning to shine. The dance performance produced by Queer@ ish was completely amazing. Classical/hip hop, that's a combination to be reckoned with. The other performances were pretty good, but I still can't believe that Naz, Hazrule's and Vik's CD just broke like that. Tough luck guys! Anyways, Sufiz and I went up and did our thing, which was actually cut off barely halfway into the second verse, TOTAL panic. We had no idea if the judges quick decision was good or bad. Even worse? I couldn't hear myself sing... SOB! I did feel a bit better when the others commented on our singing. LOL, Sufiz was really panicking and he completely refused to be assured that we did a pretty good job. He cracks me up some times.
Anyways, I went to the wet market with my mom today, after she allowed to skip school due to the scant amount of people going to school. Then we went to a bakery supply store where I went crazy searching for pure maple syrup. hehe. Don't ask, I've got big plans for it, when I find it though. ;p Well, I smsed a lot with Kenny this morning since he had nothing to do in school and his school allows handphones. SO NOT FAIR! Then later on I got a few repeated calls from the creepy Kelong guy. yeeukk... I screened those... It's kinda mean, but I really don't appreciate being bugged and grossed out. After that, I had a mouth-watering pasta lunch with little kids, it was my sis's birthday. So after lunch, we went to Galaxy to watch Rob-B-Hood. First time for them, 2nd time for me. The first time I watched it, I was at KLCC with Sufiz and Elaine. Then Sufiz ditched out early with his parents and abandoned me all alone outside the cinema where I waited for Elaine who kept insisting, " I'm coming now!" By the time she arrived, I was panicking like crazy. ;p Then we went to get snacks and I met a Revivalite with her friends, who just finished a movie. Sadly, I didn't get to finish the movie the first time through, but I suceeded today! ;p It's a great movie by the way, I loved it! Despite, Nelson mis-calling me constantly to bug me and Kenneth smsing me to make me jealous about basketball. ;p Oh well... life's like that. Well, we had mango cake over at my house after the movie, freshly baked by my mom...DELICIOUS! lol. Then everyone went home, and I got bored... and watched Me, U and Dupree. Smsed with Boris a little. Then I started on Bourne Identity for about half and hour before taking a break. Now I'm here, replying Jimi, trying to make me jealous and chatting with a few frenz online. No wonder I can't concentrate... ;p
Oh well, that's about all for today. Pretty boring huh? ;p I'll write about something other than about myself next post. I feel like an egomaniac thinking that people would actually want to know almost everything I did today. hehehe...
